I found myself in SF’s Marina district of my own I found myself in SF’s Marina district of my own free will, and not for bottomless mimosas or a Peter Pan date, but to check out the hottest new pilates studio and social space @mntstudio

Before you judge me, this was a creator class, so filming was encouraged. Okay fine, I’m still judging myself 😅

Also I’m Asian and thought that’s why I didn’t sweat growing up. Nope, I just never drank water.

I say this because I was drenched after this heated mat pilates class. But we had cold towels, mini facials, and an amazing swag bag as a reward.

Their co-working space also looked nice for when you want to sip on overpriced matcha lattes in your cute matching set.

Shockingly there were no micro aggressions. No one asked me from I was really from. Am I an honorary Marina girlie now?

You know how the saying “it’s too good to be t You know how the saying “it’s too good to be true” is annoyingly accurate? Well, other than my partner, I found another exception. 😛

This is somehow the most slept on wine bar in San Francisco. From a multi Michelin-starred team, their wine by the glass list is unreal. And this is not your basic wine bar food.

And you might think this is too fancy, but they do a $1.50 oyster happy hour. I didn’t know we could still find that in SF. And you gotta try their unique oyster and Madeira wine pairing. So fun.

On top everything, it’s also a sexy stunning space, with such welcoming service. And yes, it’s real. It’s @saisonwinebar, a block down from the fine dining restaurant.

I was sad that arguably the best Moroccan spot in I was sad that arguably the best Moroccan spot in the Bay Area closed last year. But luckily for us, there’s a newish spot Leila in Honolulu where you still enjoy chef Mourad’s legendary flakey duck basteeya, make your own uni brioche, creamy oysters, tender crispy skin salmon…so many great hits.

They currently have a $75 prix fixe menu plus supplements. And I lowkey enjoyed my meal at @leila_kaimuki even more than I did at the former Mourad in SF. I thought the ambiance made for a great date spot as well.

If you are a fan of Miro Kaimuki, you already the chef team @ckcuisine21 @mourad_lahlou is killing it. And this second restaurant by them is no exception.
