Caviar fans, this one’s for you. Chef Thomas Kelle Caviar fans, this one’s for you. Chef Thomas Keller has a Yountville restaurant you can actually get a reservation at. And its all about the caviar.

Raw oysters? Add some caviar.
“Oysters and Pearls” Martini? Have a caviar spoon.
Might as well do the whole caviar tasting.

Then we went inside for a decadent dinner spread. The pork katsu was crispy and steaming hot. The charred cabbage was showing off.

And do not miss the shio koji ice cream with royal caviar and miso caramel. 

Every Friday, they also host live performers with no cover charge. Past performers include Alan Cumming and Andrew Rannells, no big deal.
