Trying to impress your date? Take them here. Hed 1 Trying to impress your date? Take them here. Hed 11 dropped a new $97, eight-course menu. Here’s what stole the show.

The sea crab dip came with the cutest mini grilled sticky rice pouch.

The fermented beef crispy rice salad was loud, punchy, and I needed way more.

I loved the tangy broth on the fried wild mushroom with sour yellow curry.

And beef tenderloin green curry? I wanted to dunk my face in that lemongrass goodness.

Dessert was mango sticky rice, but make it ice cream. Great texture contrast with puffed rice and almond crumble.

Supplements are available too, but eight courses had me happily full.

The wine pairing is $69. We opted for their cocktails, and it was the perfect pre-game for a wild night out.
